Alyssa woke Jenn and I up at 2:44 AM this morning because she had an accident in her bed. After dealing with that, I crashed back into my bed. Alarm went off at 5:15 AM. Said a couple words of motivation to myself and went through the fall/winter ritual of getting dressed for 10 minutes before heading out. Despite the 2:44 AM wake up call, I felt pretty good after getting a reasonable warm up in. Below are the details. Power numbers should be taken with a grain of salt. I don't have the cash to plunk down for a real power meter so will lean on Strava's math to give me a guess. Excited to see how much I can improve these numbers in the next couple of months.
